Turn Excel sales emails into an Arabic AI dashboard—automatically

This Gmail + Gemini n8n workflow watches a Gmail inbox for incoming Excel (.xls/.xlsx) sales files, uses Google Gemini to clean and analyze the data, then replies in the same email thread with a ready-to-read Arabic HTML dashboard and a newly generated XLSX attachment.

What this workflow does

• Monitors Gmail every minute for new messages from your configured sender and downloads attachments.
• Filters attachments to keep only Excel files, then passes the Excel content forward for processing.
• Extracts and aggregates sales rows from the attached spreadsheet into a single dataset.
• Sends the dataset to a Google Gemini–powered AI agent to:
  • fix corrupted Arabic text
  • remove/rename empty columns
  • calculate achievement rates
  • calculate net sales (invoices minus returns)
  • produce an Arabic HTML dashboard plus cleaned tabular data
• Parses the AI response into (1) an HTML report for the email body and (2) cleaned rows for export.
• Generates a new XLSX from the cleaned rows and replies to the original Gmail thread with the HTML dashboard and the updated spreadsheet attached.

Setup requirements: connect a Gmail OAuth2 credential, set the sender filter, and connect a Google Gemini (PaLM) API credential. Incoming emails should include an .xls (Excel) attachment.
