This n8n workflow automatically monitors your Gmail inbox for unread emails with attachments, extracts invoice data using easybits Extractor, deduplicates by invoice number, logs new invoices to Google Sheets, and sends a Telegram notification with key totals.

What this workflow does

• Polls Gmail every minute for unread messages and downloads their attachments.
• Filters and prepares files: ignores small inline/junk attachments under 10 KB, then splits each remaining attachment into its own item for processing.
• Processes supported document types: keeps only PDF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP attachments, then marks the source email as read.
• Extracts invoice fields: sends each supported attachment to easybits Extractor to classify the document and extract invoice data such as vendor_name, invoice_number, service_period, and totals (total_net, vat_amount, total_gross).
• Ensures it’s an actual invoice: continues only when the document classification indicates it is an invoice.
• Deduplicates in Google Sheets: checks whether the invoice_number already exists, appends a new row if not, and updates your ledger automatically.
• Sends a Telegram alert with the vendor and amounts for every newly logged invoice.
