This n8n automation watches your Gmail inbox for PDF invoices, uses Google Gemini to extract and classify invoice details, uploads the PDF to the right Google Drive folder, and logs everything into Google Sheets with a direct file link.

What this workflow does

• Runs every minute: checks Gmail for new messages and downloads attachments.
• PDF-only filtering: continues only when the email contains at least one PDF attachment, then splits attachments so each PDF is handled individually.
• Extracts invoice fields with Gemini: sends each PDF to Google Gemini to extract key invoice data such as date, vendor, amount, taxes, category, and payment method, plus a suggested filename.
• Routes corporativo vs pessoal: Gemini classification determines whether the invoice is treated as corporate or personal.
• Uploads to the correct Drive location: stores the PDF in the corresponding Google Drive folder using the suggested filename.
• Logs to Google Sheets: appends a new row with the extracted invoice data, the Gmail sender address, and the Google Drive file URL.

Technical details

• n8n workflow with nodes such as if, set, merge, split out, and Google Drive integration (plus a sticky note for guidance).
• Integrations: Gmail (polling + attachment download), Google Gemini (invoice extraction & classification), Google Drive (corporate/personal uploads), and Google Sheets (row append).
• Setup note: in the Gemini prompt, replace [NOME_DA_SUA_EMPRESA] with your real company name for accurate classification. Configure the target Drive folder IDs/locations and select your Sheets spreadsheet + worksheet.
