This n8n workflow monitors your Gmail inbox for new real estate inquiry emails, extracts and scores the lead details, de-duplicates them against your Google Sheets mini CRM, logs activity, alerts your sales team by priority, and sends the contact an automated confirmation reply.

What this workflow does

• Checks Gmail every minute for new inquiry emails using your configured query.
• Parses and classifies the lead from the email content (Buyer, Seller, Rental, or General Inquiry).
• Calculates lead data, including a score, priority, follow-up due date, and a recommended action.
• Verifies required information: if no email address is found, it sends an internal Gmail alert for manual review and stops.
• Prevents duplicates by looking up the lead’s email address in the Google Sheets Leads tab.
• Creates a new CRM entry only when the lead is new:
  • Appends the lead to the Leads tab
  • Logs the event in the Activity Log tab
  • Sends a Gmail confirmation auto-reply to the lead
  • Emails the sales team a Hot/Warm/Cold alert based on lead priority

• n8n nodes/logic: if, set, code, gmail, switch, and sticky note.

Setup note: create a Google Sheet with tabs named Leads and Activity Log, then connect Gmail and Google Sheets OAuth2 credentials and replace the placeholder internal alert recipient address.
