This Gmail to PDF Automation workflow watches your inbox for Office document attachments, converts them to PDFs with EnConvert, uploads the results to a chosen Google Drive folder, and posts a shareable Drive link (or a conversion failure notice) to Slack.

What this workflow does

• Monitors Gmail every minute for new messages using a configurable Gmail search query focused on common Office attachment types.
• Downloads attachments from matching emails, then splits the email into one item per attachment.
• Filters unsupported files so only supported Office formats proceed.
• Converts each attachment to PDF via the EnConvert node, continuing the workflow even if a conversion fails.
• Uploads successful PDFs to Google Drive, prefixing the uploaded file name with today’s date.
• Posts to Slack a message containing the Google Drive link along with the original sender and email subject, or posts an error message when conversion fails.
