Gmail Triage AI automatically monitors your Gmail inbox, uses OpenAI to classify and prioritize new messages, logs every email to Google Sheets, drafts support/sales/meeting replies, labels and archives messages in Gmail, and sends urgent notifications to Slack. If anything fails, it alerts you via Telegram—so you never miss critical follow-ups.

What this workflow does

• Checks Gmail every minute for new incoming messages.
• Extracts key email details and ignores emails sent from your own address to prevent loops.
• Uses OpenAI to classify each email into one of: urgent, support, sales, meeting, promotional, or other, returning category, urgency, and a reason.
• Appends every processed email to a Google Sheets “Email Log” tab (date, sender, subject, category, urgency).
• Urgent emails: applies an “Urgent” Gmail label and sends a Slack alert with sender, subject, and the OpenAI classification reason.
• Support/Sales/Meeting emails: generates or extracts relevant details with OpenAI, creates a Gmail draft reply in the same thread, and applies the corresponding Gmail label. For sales, it also logs lead details to the Google Sheets “Leads” tab.
• Promotional/uncategorized emails: applies the configured Gmail label; promotional messages are archived to move them out of the inbox.
• Failure handling: if an execution fails, it sends an error notification to Telegram.
