This n8n workflow automatically sorts new unread Gmail messages into Sales Lead, Support, Billing, or Newsletter, generates a draft reply in your preferred tone inside the same email thread (nothing is sent automatically), and pings you on Telegram when an email is marked high priority.

What this workflow does

• Checks Gmail every minute for new unread messages in your inbox, excluding Promotions, Social, and emails sent from your own address.
• Injects your business details and your preferred reply tone so Gemini can respond with proper context.
• Sends the email (trimmed to 4,000 characters) to Google Gemini and parses a structured result including: category, priority, summary, whether a reply is needed, and a reply draft.
• Applies the appropriate Gmail label for: sales_lead, support, billing, or newsletter.
• If a reply is needed, it creates a Gmail draft reply addressed to the sender in the original thread.
• If the email is high priority, it sends a Telegram alert with the summary and a direct link to the Gmail thread.
