Stop drowning in your inbox. This n8n Gmail triage workflow monitors new messages every minute, uses Google Gemini to classify and summarize them (including calendar invites), then sends urgency-based Telegram notifications. Non-urgent items are “stowed” in Google Sheets with a daily review at 08:45.

What this workflow does

• Polls Gmail every minute for new messages and loops through each email.
• Uses Google Gemini to detect whether the content includes a real calendar invite.
• Generates a short summary; when applicable, it extracts start/end times for downstream handling.
• Runs Gemini again to classify urgency as urgent, today, or later, including a reason, then normalizes the fields for consistent processing.
• For urgent items, sends an urgent Telegram notification and waits for your choice to respond immediately or act later.
• If you respond immediately:
  • Collects your reply in Telegram and replies to the Gmail thread, or
  • For calendar invites, asks you to accept/decline and updates your Google Calendar attendee response via the Google Calendar API.
• For today/later (and deferred urgent items), it marks the email read, removes it from the inbox, applies a “stowed” Gmail label, and logs/updates it in Google Sheets.
• Every day at 08:45, pulls all stowed items from Google Sheets, optionally walks you through them in Telegram, and can check event availability via Google Calendar before you act.
