Keep your pipeline warm—this n8n workflow finds “quiet” opportunities in your GoHighLevel pipeline, checks when they’re due for a next touch, and then sends (or previews) the next Email and/or SMS via GoHighLevel Conversations.

What this workflow does

• Runs on-demand or on schedule: manually, or every weekday at 08:00.
• Loads your GoHighLevel configuration: verifies credentials and Location details are enabled before attempting real sends.
• Pulls opportunities from your specified GoHighLevel pipeline (or uses a built-in demo pipeline when GoHighLevel sending isn’t enabled).
• Normalizes pipeline data and evaluates each lead against your rules:
  • OPEN stages you want included in follow-up
  • reply timing
  • max-touch rules
• Classifies lead status as due, waiting, or stopped, and when no leads are due, outputs a run report with stage breakdowns.
• Composes the next message for each due lead and builds the GoHighLevel Conversations request payload.
• Dry-run or send: if sending is enabled, it posts to GoHighLevel; otherwise, it outputs a preview of what would be sent.
