This n8n workflow watches a Google Drive folder for new meeting transcript files, uses Google Gemini to extract structured meeting metadata and action items, saves them to Google Sheets, and sends Slack notifications for newly created and due/overdue tasks.

What this workflow does

• Monitors a Google Drive folder and triggers when a new file is created.
• Downloads the transcript and extracts its text content.
• Calls Google Gemini to generate a structured JSON meeting summary, including a title, discussion points, decisions, risks/blockers, conclusions, and an overall summary.
• Calls Google Gemini again to extract action items (task, owner, deadline, priority, and context), then parses and normalizes the resulting JSON (including inferring deadlines when missing).
• Updates a Google Sheets tracker by matching on Action ID as the unique key (append or update per action item).
• Posts a Slack message for each newly created action item when a deadline is present.
• Runs daily on a schedule, checks pending tasks in the Google Sheet, and sends Slack reminders for items due today or earlier.
