Google Maps Lead Finder in n8n: Keyword to Google Sheets

Turn a Google Maps keyword into leads—and push them into Google Sheets with n8n

This n8n workflow runs a Google Maps Lead Finder Agent API job for a single keyword, waits for completion, then fetches up to 100 lead results and appends them as new rows in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs manually when you click Test workflow.
• Sets the search keyword, the API base URL, and a polling interval in the configuration step.
• Calls the GMaps Lead Finder API to check the account/credit status, then creates a leads scraping job for the keyword.
• Polls the job status repeatedly until the API returns completed, partial, or failed.
• Once finished, requests the job results from the API (limited to 100 leads).
• Splits results into individual lead items and appends them to a chosen Google Sheets worksheet as new rows.

Technical details

• API integration: HTTP Request using Authorization: Bearer <your_api_key> (Growth+ plan required).
• OAuth integration: Google Sheets OAuth credential for appending rows.
• n8n nodes used: if, set, code, wait, sticky note, http request.

Before running, update the keyword (and optionally the base URL and polling interval) in the configuration step, then select the target spreadsheet/worksheet in the Google Sheets append step.
