Turn Google Maps searches into structured local sales leads—automatically
The Google Maps Local Sales Leads n8n Webhook Workflow (CoreClaw) lets you submit a keyword and location to an n8n webhook and instantly receive normalized Google Maps business leads as clean JSON—ready for your CRM, spreadsheets, or outreach automations.
What this workflow does
- Accepts a POST webhook request with a business keyword/category, a target location, and an optional result limit (e.g., max_results or limit).
- Validates and normalizes input into keyword, location, and max_results parameters.
- Queries the CoreClaw Google Maps Lead Finder API using your CORECLAW_API_KEY.
- Normalizes the API response into consistent lead records including: name, category, address, phone, website, rating, review count, and a Google Maps URL.
- Responds with a JSON payload containing the lead count and the full list of structured leads.
Use cases
- Generate local sales lead lists on demand for different niches (keyword/category) and service areas (location).
- Feed lead data directly into an automation pipeline for qualification, deduping, or task creation in your CRM workflow.
- Populate spreadsheets with verified business details (name, phone, website, ratings, and Maps links) from Google Maps.
- Power outreach automations with structured lead attributes for personalization and routing.
Technical details
- n8n nodes: Webhook trigger, Code, HTTP Request, Respond to Webhook (plus a sticky note for guidance).
- Authentication: set CORECLAW_API_KEY as an environment variable in your n8n instance.
- Activation: copy the production webhook URL from the Webhook trigger and send a POST request with keyword (or query/category) and location (or base_location).
