This n8n workflow lets you chat with an agent powered by OpenAI GPT-4o to query and, when confirmed, update your UnoPim product catalog. It validates catalog data via UnoPim tools, then logs changes in Google Sheets, creates Linear issues for unresolved problems, and posts concise updates to Slack.

What this workflow does

• Receives requests from an n8n chat trigger when a user sends a new message.
• Applies default settings for locale, channel, and whether catalog writes are allowed.
• Uses an OpenAI GPT-4o agent with conversation memory to interpret the request and decide the right actions.
• Calls UnoPim tools to:
  • List products
  • Look up simple or configurable products
  • Fetch attributes and families to validate codes and required fields
• If a catalog update is confirmed and writes are allowed, it patches only the specified attribute values on the target UnoPim product.
• Audits every successful change by logging to Google Sheets.
• Tracks unresolved issues by creating a Linear issue.
• Posts a one-line change summary to Slack when needed.
