This n8n workflow watches your Google Sheets “Prospects” tab for new leads, uses Groq to write personalized cold emails, sends or drafts them in Gmail, then monitors for replies and routes reply drafts to Telegram for your approval before anything is sent.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new prospects: When a new row is added to the Google Sheets Prospects tab, the workflow validates required prospect fields.
• Groq-written cold email: It generates a personalized email subject and body using Groq, then writes the content back to Google Sheets.
• Send or draft logic: If the row’s Auto Send field is true, it sends the email via Gmail. Otherwise, it creates a Gmail draft and updates the prospect’s status and timestamps in Google Sheets.
• Reply detection every 2 minutes: Every 2 minutes, it reads rows marked Sent - Awaiting Reply from Google Sheets and searches Gmail inbox replies tied to the prospect using the subject tag format REF-<Prospect ID>.
• Groq classifies replies: On a new reply, Groq classifies it (e.g., interested, question, declined, unclear) and drafts an appropriate response when appropriate, recording reply details in Google Sheets.
• Telegram approval gate: The workflow creates a Gmail draft reply in the original thread, stores the draft ID in Google Sheets, then posts the draft text to Telegram with an inline “Send reviewed draft” approval button.
• Approved send: When you press the approval button, it verifies the latest reply, sends the exact saved Gmail draft via the Gmail API, updates Google Sheets, and confirms in Telegram.
