This n8n workflow listens for HeyReach campaign event webhooks and logs every lead interaction in Salesforce by creating (or finding) the right Lead and saving each event as a completed Task with the message transcript and LinkedIn profile link.

What this workflow does

• Receives a POST webhook from HeyReach for lead and messaging events.
• Normalizes the payload and extracts lead identity details, including email and LinkedIn URL.
• Builds a Salesforce Task with a subject/description that includes the event label and the message transcript.
• Searches Salesforce for an existing Lead using the email and/or the custom field LinkedIn_Profile__c.
• If a matching Lead exists: creates a completed Salesforce Task linked to that Lead.
• If no Lead is found: creates a new Salesforce Lead (email, title, and LinkedIn_Profile__c) and then creates the completed Task linked to the new Lead.
