This n8n workflow imports your latest Instagram Reels via the Meta Graph API, generates AI transcripts and thumbnail overlay text with Mistral, pulls performance metrics, and then creates or updates your entries in NocoDB—so your SaaS analytics stay current without manual work.

What this workflow does

• Begins with an n8n form submission, where you choose how many Instagram media items to fetch.
• Calls the Meta Graph API to retrieve recent media for your configured Instagram Business account, then filters to keep only video items (Reels).
• Loops through each Reel and checks NocoDB to see whether a record with the same Instagram media ID already exists.
• For new Reels, sends the Reel video URL to Mistral Voxtral to generate an AI transcript, and uses Mistral chat/vision to extract title-like text overlay from the thumbnail image.
• Fetches Reel insights from the Meta Graph API—views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, reposts, interactions, watch time, and skip rate—and merges them with transcript and overlay text.
• Creates a new NocoDB row for new Reels or updates existing rows with the latest metrics, then waits 5 seconds between items to reduce API rate-limit risk.
