This n8n workflow benchmarks Instagram posting behavior for your venues against competitors using RecentReborn. It stores samples and newly detected posts in Google Sheets and delivers weekly ranked reports plus Telegram alerts—with an optional OpenAI caption summary.

What this workflow does

• Receives venue submissions via an n8n form submission (or runs on a 4-hour schedule / manual test), then loads shared configuration values.
• Setup mode: searches RecentReborn for matching Instagram locations, lets you select the correct location IDs, and saves each entry to the Venues tab as either own venue or competitor.
• Scheduled/manual benchmarking runs: reads active venues from the Venues sheet, caps the run size, and sends a Telegram reminder if no venues are configured.
• Fetches newest posts per venue from RecentReborn (respecting delays and quota limits) and calculates an estimated posting rate using post timestamps.
• Updates Google Sheets: appends per-venue samples and any newly seen posts to Samples and Posts, then updates each venue’s watermark and last status in Venues.
• Weekly reporting: when the report window is due, aggregates the last N days of Samples/Posts, optionally summarizes captions with OpenAI, and sends a ranked report and alerts to Telegram.
