What this workflow does

• Receives leads via webhook: Your website form sends a POST request to the n8n webhook production URL for the “new-lead” endpoint.
• Cleans and validates fields: The workflow checks submitted values such as name, email, phone, message, and an optional source. It flags missing contact details and detects empty messages.
• Classifies enquiry + scores urgency: Using rule-based keyword matching, it categorizes the enquiry (e.g., emergency, quote, booking, service, or junk) and calculates a lead score, including whether information is missing.
• Creates two outcomes: it generates (1) a customer-facing reply text for the website visitor and (2) an owner-facing alert message for internal follow-up.
• Sends alerts to Telegram: If the lead is valid and not classified as junk, it sends the alert to your configured Telegram chat.
• Responds immediately with JSON: It returns a JSON payload containing an OK flag, the reply text, and any missing fields to request from the visitor.
