This n8n workflow pulls your active Invoice Ninja invoices every Monday, generates a branded accounts-receivable ageing summary PDF using PDFMint, and emails it through Gmail—so you always have an up-to-date AR ageing report without manual work.

What this workflow does

• Runs every Monday at 08:00 on a schedule.
• Loads your company branding and report recipient details used throughout the report.
• Fetches all active invoices from Invoice Ninja, including each client’s details.
• Filters to invoices with an outstanding balance, calculates days past due, and builds an HTML ageing table grouped by client and bucketed into:
  • Not-yet-due
  • 1–30 days
  • 31–60 days
  • 61–90 days
  • 90+ days
• Stops automatically if there are no clients with an outstanding balance, preventing empty reports from being sent.
• Converts the HTML report into a landscape PDF using PDFMint and emails it as an attachment via Gmail.
