What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes every Monday at 08:00.
• Scrapes reviews via Apify: pulls up to a configured number of recent reviews from both stores using the Google Play Reviews Scraper and App Store Scraper.
• Merges and normalizes: combines both review streams, normalizes fields, and tags each review as Android or iPhone.
• Filters for actionable negatives: keeps only longer reviews (over 40 characters) with 3 stars or below, and skips reviews already seen in previous runs.
• AI complaint labeling: sends each remaining review to an OpenAI chat model to extract a short theme label of 2–4 words (or “none” for non-complaints).
• Builds the comparison: counts complaint themes per platform, measures how lopsided each theme is between Android and iPhone, and appends the ranked results to a Google Sheets table.
