What this workflow does

• Runs weekly every Sunday at 6 PM IST to start the reporting cycle.
• Loads Students, Test Scores, Faculty, and Report Log from Google Sheets, applying institute-specific thresholds from the built-in configuration.
• Calculates per-student weekly performance, including overall percentage, subject/topic accuracy, negative-marking loss, week-on-week change, and batch rank. It skips students who already received a report for the week or opted out.
• Uses OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to generate a short WhatsApp message for parents, then creates a scorecard plus a QuickChart trend image URL based on recent subject percentages.
• Sends the WhatsApp text + trend chart image to each parent and logs the event back to the Google Sheets Report Log.
• Identifies batch-level weak topics, generates a remedial plan with OpenAI, alerts faculty via WhatsApp and Gmail, logs alerts in the Weak Topics sheet, and sends a weekly summary to the academic head via WhatsApp.
• Automatically processes incoming WhatsApp replies: matches the parent number to the student and latest logged report, uses OpenAI to classify intent, then responds accordingly (including honoring STOP).
