What this workflow does

• Calculates estimated labor hours and an internal low/high quote range based on square footage, extracted requirements, and property-type adjustments.
• Qualifies leads by applying job-fit rules (for example, square footage range and positive labor hours).
• Uses Gemini again to generate a structured estimator summary including a Gmail subject, an HTML email body, urgency, next step, and a lead quality score.
• If the lead quality score is above the threshold, it:
  • Appends/updates the lead in Google Sheets
  • Sends the generated quote email to the customer via Gmail
