Keep New Sitemap Pages Indexed Across Google, Bing & IndexNow

This n8n workflow checks your sitemap daily, deduplicates URLs you’ve already submitted, and automatically submits only new pages to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and IndexNow—then sends you a Telegram digest with the results.

What this workflow does

• Runs every day at 09:00 on a schedule.
• Downloads your sitemap and follows sitemap index files one level deep, then parses the XML into a list of page URLs.
• Deduplicates submissions using an n8n Data Table: URLs are checked against previously submitted entries and only new URLs proceed.
• Classifies URL priority tiers (cornerstone/homepage, normal content, or low-value utility/archive) using deterministic URL rules.
• Submits new URLs:
  • Cornerstone/homepage URLs are upserted into the Data Table and submitted via Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow, and Google Search Console (through sitemap resubmission).
  • Normal content URLs are batched and submitted to Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow.
  • Low-priority URLs are skipped to avoid unnecessary indexing noise.
• Sends one Telegram summary showing submission counts and response status from all branches.

Use cases

• Maintain faster discovery for a SaaS site when new pages (docs, blog posts, landing pages) are added.
• Reduce duplicate submissions by tracking previously indexed URLs in an n8n Data Table.
• Ensure high-value pages (homepage/cornerstone URLs) are pushed to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and IndexNow consistently.
