What this workflow does

This n8n automation receives a message in n8n Chat and uses an OpenAI chat model with short-term chat memory to interpret your request and follow KYB response rules (including avoiding personal ID numbers).

• Poland—full company verification: If you request a full Polish verification and provide a NIP/KRS, it runs the Apify Poland KYB check actor to retrieve identity details (REGON), beneficial owners (CRBR), and insolvency information (KRZ), including risk flags and a verdict.
• Poland—insolvency-focused search: If you ask about Polish insolvency or provide only a company name/identifier, it runs the Apify KRZ debtor register search actor to return matching proceedings and case details.
• Germany—register lookup: If you ask about a German company, it runs the Apify Handelsregister lookup actor to find the register court, register number, legal form, status, and other register details.
• Language + sources: It responds in your language and cites which source register was used.

• Perform KYB checks on Polish vendors using NIP/KRS and review beneficial ownership and KRZ risk signals.
