What this workflow does

• Captures leads from a new n8n Form submission (name, email, topic).
• Normalizes and validates input (checks that the name is present and the email format looks valid).
• Handles invalid submissions by logging them to a Google Sheets “Invalid” tab and sending a Telegram alert.
• For valid leads: uses OpenAI to choose the best lead magnet URL and generate a short plain-text delivery email.
• Sends the delivery email via Gmail, appends lead details to the Google Sheets “Leads” tab, and posts a “new lead” message in Telegram.
• Waits three days and then sends a follow-up nurture email via Gmail.
• Logs follow-ups to the Google Sheets “Sends” tab.
• Weekly performance digest: every Monday morning, reads the “Sends” tab, uses OpenAI to write a weekly AI digest, and sends it to the owner by Gmail and Telegram.
