What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 7:00 AM and checks whether LEGISLATION_SEARCH_TERMS is configured.
• If search terms exist, it builds one LegiScan query per practice-area term and calls the LegiScan getSearch API to retrieve matching bill results.
• It reads your “Bill Tracker” Google Sheet, compares new results against previously tracked bills, and appends or updates tracker rows for bills that are new or have status changes.
• It filters to alert-worthy bills and creates a single digest grouped by practice area, including a keyword-based “why it matters” blurb based on each bill’s last action.
• If search terms are missing, it drafts a setup-needed notice instead of performing searches.
• The workflow generates a unique digest ID, appends the draft to “Legislation Digest Drafts”, and sends an HTML review-request email via SMTP to the reviewer.
• Runs weekly on Monday at 8:00 AM: it summarizes all tracked bills by practice area and emails a landscape summary via SMTP.
