This n8n workflow, Lindo Page Change Tracker to Google Drive + Email Reports, runs on a weekly schedule to monitor all API-visible pages on your Lindo website. When content changes are detected, it saves a dated JSON snapshot to Google Drive and sends an email change report with a Drive link—no manual page checking required.

What this workflow does

• Weekly audit: Executes every Monday at 09:00 UTC (or can be run manually for testing).
• Loads configuration: Validates the configured Lindo website ID, `Google Drive folder ID`, and sender/reviewer email addresses.
• Fetches API-visible pages: Calls the Lindo API to retrieve website metadata, list all API-visible pages, and download each page’s editable HTML content.
• Fingerprints page state: Normalizes page content (HTML plus key fields) and generates a SHA256 hash per page.
• Detects added/changed/removed pages: Compares the latest hashes to the previous baseline stored in n8n workflow static data.
• Archives + reports only when needed: If changes exist (or no baseline exists yet), uploads a dated JSON snapshot to Google Drive and emails a change report with the Drive link. If no changes are found, it ends without uploading or emailing.
• Updates baseline: Commits the new baseline after successful upload/email.

Technical details

• Integrations: Lindo API (HTTP Header Auth using Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_LINDO_API_KEY>), Google Drive (OAuth upload), and Email Send (SMTP/Email Send credentials)

Setup requirements

• Create a Lindo API key
• Configure “Configure archive” with your Lindo website ID and private Google Drive folder ID
• Provide sender/reviewer email addresses and connect the Google Drive OAuth credentials
• Configure SMTP/Email Send credentials in n8n
