This LinkedIn Post Generator n8n workflow uses AI to draft your LinkedIn captions and generate a matching image, stores everything in Google Sheets and Google Drive, and then publishes one approved post per day to your LinkedIn organization page—with Gmail alerts if anything fails.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled or manual run to pull previous post ideas from a Google Sheets sheet.
• AI drafting with Anthropic (Claude): combines past ideas to generate a new post package (including name, idea, title, text, and image description).
• AI image creation: downloads a reference image from Google Drive, sends it with the new image description to OpenAI’s Images API, and produces a styled visual.
• Review pipeline: saves the generated image to Google Drive and appends the post content plus an image link to Google Sheets with status “review”.
• Second scheduled run selects a post marked “ready” and publishes it (text + image) to a LinkedIn organization page.
• Status updates: after publishing, updates the row status to “posted”.
• Error handling: if any step errors, sends a Gmail notification with detailed error information.
