What this workflow does

• Receives MCP tool calls: It accepts JSON-RPC tool calls over an MCP SSE endpoint sent from an MCP-compatible client via the Discord MCP Server Trigger.
• Pulls server intelligence: Uses the Discord API to fetch bot identity, guild info, roles, invites, bans, audit logs, and channel metadata.
• Manages roles: Lists roles, creates new roles, updates role properties, deletes roles, and assigns/removes roles for specific members.
• Manages channels: Creates and updates channels (name, topic, slowmode), deletes channels, and creates/list invite links.
• Handles messages: Sends messages and embeds, creates and manages polls, reads recent messages, edits/deletes messages (including bulk delete), manages pins, and handles emoji reactions.
• Moderates members: Fetches member details, changes nicknames, times out or removes timeouts, kicks users, and bans/unbans users. Also controls voice state (mute, deafen, move).
• Supports webhooks and DMs: Creates/list webhooks and sends direct messages to users when requested.
