Get weekly email alerts when your TriRank AI citation counts change

This n8n workflow monitors your domain’s TriRank AI citation measurements every Monday and emails you a plain-text baseline or change report—without triggering any new AI checks.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: executes every Monday at 09:00 in your n8n workflow timezone.
• Reads cached TriRank signals (read-only): requests https://trirankai.com/api/signals/<domain>. The workflow does not run new AI probes.
• Tracks measurements over time: compares the newly read cached values against n8n static data stored from prior runs.
• Sends alerts only when needed: unchanged readings produce no email; the first run can optionally send a baseline depending on notifyOnFirstRun.
• Reports key states separately: it distinguishes measured citations, measured zero citations, partial coverage, and cases like missing/stale data. HTTP errors and rate limits are treated as unavailable data.
• Sends email via SMTP: if a message is generated, it’s delivered as a plain-text email using your configured SMTP credential.
