The workflow queries vessel positions, speed, heading, and AIS status within defined bounding boxes for each monitored zone. It enriches this data with incident reports from MarineTraffic RSS and Safety4Sea feeds to provide comprehensive situational awareness.

Using n8n's workflow static data for deduplication (no external database required), the system compares new vessel records against previous runs. Claude Sonar Navigator then classifies each vessel's behavior against expected transit patterns, identifying speed anomalies, AIS gaps, unexpected anchoring, lane deviations, and incident reports. When anomalies exceed your severity threshold, Claude Sonar Dispatch formats scannable HTML digests delivered directly to your Telegram channel.
