This n8n workflow generates a brief, friendly morning WhatsApp report every day at 7:00 a.m. by pulling your latest Google Sheets inquiries, today’s Google Calendar events, and using Anthropic Claude to format everything into a message. Then it sends the report to your WhatsApp number via the Whapi API.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule every morning at 7:00 a.m.
• Reads inquiries/messages from a specified Google Sheets spreadsheet and sheet.
• Fetches today’s Google Calendar events (using the America/Costa_Rica timezone), sorting them by start time.

• Collects pending item details to include in the report.
• Formats today’s appointment list with times.
• Uses Anthropic Claude to rewrite the compiled data into a short, WhatsApp-ready morning message.
