This n8n Agency Lead Routing workflow captures inbound agency leads from a hosted n8n form, uses OpenAI to score and draft responses, logs every lead to Google Sheets, and sends tier-based Gmail replies—plus a weekly pipeline digest for your sales process.

What this workflow does

• Captures new submissions from a hosted n8n lead intake form (Form Trigger).
• Scores and classifies leads with OpenAI to generate: lead score, Hot/Warm/Cold tier, intent, services needed, reasoning, and a drafted plain-text reply.
• Logs structured lead data to Google Sheets (appends a record including fields such as name, email, company, website, budget, needs, lead_score, tier, intent, services_needed, reasoning, reply_draft, status, and received_at).
• Routes by lead tier using a Switch step and sends the appropriate Gmail reply to the lead.
• Alerts sales for Hot leads by emailing the sales team a detailed alert so follow-up can happen quickly.
• Sends a weekly pipeline digest every Monday at 9am: reads leads from Google Sheets, builds an HTML summary for the last 7 days, and emails it via Gmail.
