Automate eSign agreements end-to-end with Airtable + TurboDocx (Drive + Slack included)

This n8n workflow automatically generates customer agreements from Airtable using TurboDocx, sends them for e-signature, follows up with reminders after 3 days, and then archives the signed PDFs (with audit trails) to Google Drive—while keeping Slack and Accounting updated.

What this workflow does

• Starts a processing batch from Google Drive: When a new file is created in a configured Google Drive folder, the workflow posts a batch start message to Slack.
• Finds agreements ready to send in Airtable: It searches for rows where Status is set to “Ready to send” and processes contracts one at a time.
• Generates personalized documents with TurboDocx: For each contract, it fills a DOCX template in TurboDocx and updates the Airtable row to “Generated”, then notifies Slack.
• Uploads for e-signature and updates status: The generated agreement is downloaded as a PDF, uploaded to TurboSign (TurboDocx), and the Airtable row is marked “Sent for signature” (or “Failed” if an error occurs). Slack is updated accordingly.
• Automated reminders after 3+ days: Runs every morning to find rows still awaiting signature for 3+ days with no previous reminder, sends a TurboSign reminder, records “Reminded” in Airtable, and posts to Slack.
• Handles signature outcomes via webhook: When TurboDocx sends a signature event, the workflow matches the Airtable row by Document ID, then either archives the signed PDF + audit trail to Google Drive, updates Airtable, posts to Slack, and emails accounting via Gmail—or marks agreements as declined/voided and alerts Slack.
