This n8n workflow acts as an n8n AI chatbot lead qualifier for local service businesses and agencies. When visitors chat on your website, the bot answers using your FAQ, extracts key contact details, saves qualified leads to Google Sheets, sends an instant SMS via Twilio, and emails the full chat transcript to the owner via Gmail. Your FAQ knowledge stays current with a weekly updater.

What this workflow does

• Captures visitor conversations through a webhook endpoint on your website.
• Answers using your FAQ knowledge base stored in Supabase (vector store). The AI agent responds based on the FAQ content.
• Extracts lead information from the conversation: name, phone, service needed, and preferred time.
• Saves qualified leads to Google Sheets (a “Leads” tab).
• Sends an instant SMS to the owner using Twilio with the qualified lead details.
• Email delivers the full transcript to the owner via Gmail so you can review the conversation context.
• Keeps answers up to date weekly: every Monday at 8:00 AM, the knowledge base updater lane downloads your FAQ document from Google Drive, re-chunks it, and upserts it into the same Supabase table (faq_documents).
