What this workflow does

Designed for teams and solo operators, the workflow manages the complete newsletter lifecycle:

• Reads newsletter tasks from Google Sheets (sheet: Newsletter_Management) with columns: ID, Topic, Client Name, Client Email, Status, Created Date, Send Date.
• Generates newsletter content using OpenAI for records marked as Pending.
• Selects recipients and pulls the correct client email address from the spreadsheet.
• Uploads or stores generated documents in Google Drive (for organized newsletter assets and tracking).
• Sends the newsletter and updates statuses in Sheets:
  • Update Status as Generated after AI content is created
  • Update status as Sent after Gmail delivery
