This n8n workflow monitors alumni profile URLs in Google Sheets, checks matching employee records in Coresignal, detects confirmed employer changes, and sends job-change alerts to Slack—then writes the latest snapshot and status back to your sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs weekly: Scheduled for every Monday at 8am.
• Reads alumni profiles from Google Sheets: Pulls alumni rows and keeps only records with a non-empty profile URL.
• Searches matching employees in Coresignal: Normalizes each alumni URL and looks up a corresponding employee profile in Coresignal.
• Detects job changes: Compares the current active employer ID and name from Coresignal to the last stored snapshot in the sheet.
• Sends Slack alerts: When a job change is confirmed—and it hasn’t already been alerted for that employer—the workflow posts a formatted notification to your chosen Slack channel.
• Updates Google Sheets: Appends or updates the alumni row (matched by profile URL) with the newest snapshot fields, status, timestamps, and any applicable suppression reason.
