This n8n API Error Workflow Checker + Telegram Alerts Report runs daily to scan your n8n instance for workflows with broken or misconfigured error workflow handlers and sends a grouped HTML report to Telegram whenever problems are found.

What this workflow does

• Runs every day at 08:00 using a schedule trigger.
• Reads runtime options (including Telegram chat ID and whether to send an “all clear” message).
• Fetches all workflows from your instance via the n8n API.
• Checks each `active`, non-archived workflow that has an error workflow configured.
• Verifies the referenced error handler:
  • exists,
  • has a published version, and
  • contains an Error Trigger node.
• Builds an HTML-formatted report grouped by the broken handler and lists the affected producer workflows.
• Sends the report to Telegram only when issues exist—unless alertWhenClean is enabled, in which case it can post an “all clear” daily.
