Automatically turn Chatwork expense & sales notes into structured Google Sheets records using Claude

This n8n workflow polls your selected Chatwork rooms every 5 minutes, logs new messages to Google Sheets, then uses Anthropic Claude to extract expense and sales records from keyword-tagged notes—validated with custom code and written into a structured “records” tab.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule (every 5 minutes) or manually, loading configuration such as Chatwork room IDs, the note keyword, categories, and timezone.
• Fetches latest Chatwork messages from each configured room via the Chatwork API.
• Cleans Chatwork markup into plain text, filters out old/system/self-reply messages, and keeps only messages not processed in previous executions.
• Appends new messages to a Google Sheets “log” tab for traceability.
• Detects keyword-tagged notes: for messages containing the configured keyword, it checks the Google Sheets “records” tab to skip notes already recorded.
• Extracts accounting records with Claude: sends eligible notes to Anthropic Claude to extract one or more records as JSON.
• Validates and normalizes results: custom code validates extracted fields (amount/quote/date/category rules), converts relative date text into a real date, and writes rows to “records” with OK or 要確認 status.
• Optionally replies in Chatwork with a single confirmation summary (or review-needed reason) and marks the reply so it is never processed as a note.
