This n8n workflow monitors your brand mentions in Google Sheets every 15 minutes, uses OpenAI to classify potential crises and draft press responses, then routes approval decisions through Telegram—while sending Slack alerts if the workflow fails.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a 15-minute schedule and reads mention rows from the Google Sheets Mentions tab.
• Classifies each mention with OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to determine severity, sentiment, and crisis type—evaluating mentions individually.
• Auto-updates low-risk items: when severity is None, the workflow updates the mention row to “No Action Needed.”
• Drafts crisis outputs for anything above None: for higher severity, it uses OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to generate a holding statement, a full press response, and a recommended response channel.
• Logs incidents: appends each drafted crisis event to the Google Sheets Crisis_Log tab.
• Human approval via Telegram: sends the draft to an approver on Telegram and marks the incident as “Awaiting Approval.”
• Processes approver decisions: listens for approve or reject replies in Telegram, updates the matching Crisis_Log entry in Google Sheets, and sends a confirmation back to Telegram.
• Reliability alerting: if any node fails, posts an execution error alert to a designated `Slack` channel.
