Validate CDN media links fast—export an HTTP Header CSV report

This n8n CDN Media URL Validator workflow runs HTTP HEAD checks against up to 20 public media URLs on your CDN, then exports the results to media-delivery-report.csv. It verifies response headers such as status, MIME type, and Content-Length—without downloading or inspecting the actual media bytes.

What this workflow does

• Manual trigger: start the workflow on demand.
• Load your delivery manifest: allowed CDN hosts, a maxBytes limit, and a list of up to 20 asset URLs.
• Validate manifest rules: HTTPS only, allowed hosts only, rejects URLs with query/fragment/port/credentials, ensures unique IDs/URLs, and checks supported mediaType and sourceProduct values.
• Send HEAD requests (no redirects): captures full response headers and status for each asset URL.
• Classify outcomes: headers_passed, needs_review, head_unsupported, redirect_requires_review, unavailable, wrong_media_type, too_large, empty_asset, or request_failed.
• Export results: writes a consolidated CSV file named media-delivery-report.csv.

Important: headers_passed means the response headers meet the configured rules; it does not prove codec validity, duration, or that the media is playable.
