It routes updates and documentation to your team through Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and tracks audit visibility in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily on a weekday 7am schedule (or can be triggered manually) to load centralized configuration values.
• Fetches legal + financial + property data: open matters and outstanding bills from Clio, trust transactions and operating balances from Plaid, and property data from AppFolio.
• Sanitizes the payload by scanning for attorney-client privilege keywords and redacting sensitive PII (including emails, phone numbers, SSNs, and account numbers).
• Stops on privilege detection and raises an audit error if privileged content is found; otherwise it prepares a safe, flattened JSON payload for AI processing.
• Generates AI briefings by sending the sanitized data to an Anthropic Claude agent using structured JSON output parsing.
• Routes results by matter type and urgency to Slack, compliance notifications via Gmail, deadline events in Google Calendar, uploads to Google Drive, and updates to Google Sheets for audit/dashboard tracking.
• Also supports inbound automation triggers (including Plaid transaction webhooks, Gmail intake polling, Slack team commands, and Clio event webhooks) with the same privilege/PII checks.
