This n8n workflow runs every day at 6AM to calculate yesterday’s sales and incoming goods, update your Stock of goods in Google Sheets, and email a daily profit summary through Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled run: Executes daily at 6AM using an n8n schedule.
• Reads multiple Google Sheets tabs: Pulls data from Note, Sales Details, Incoming Goods, and Stock of goods.
• Filters to yesterday: Limits rows to yesterday (based on the Tanggal field in dd/MM/yyyy).
• Summarizes key metrics: Computes sales quantity, incoming quantity, total sales paid, and total restock spend.
• Joins by SKU: Merges summarized sales and incoming quantities with your inventory list using SKU.
• Updates stock and status: Calculates new stock on hand and updates stock status to Aman, Perlu Restock, or Habis in the Stock of goods sheet.
• Sends a financial recap via Gmail: Formats gross profit, restock expense, and net profit, then emails it to your configured recipient.
