This n8n Error Workflow automatically detects production workflow failures, builds a clean, HTML-safe error alert (workflow name, failing node, error text, timestamp), and sends it directly to your Telegram chat with a link to the failed execution.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on failures: It runs whenever another n8n workflow fails and is configured as that workflow’s Error workflow.
• Sets alert parameters: You define the Telegram chat ID, a preferred time zone (e.g., Europe/London), and a maximum error message length to keep alerts readable.
• Formats an HTML-safe message: The alert includes the failed workflow name, the last executed node (or a notice that the trigger did not start), a truncated error message, and the failure time.
• Links to the execution: When available, the message contains an execution URL so you can open the failure details quickly.
• Sends via Telegram with retries: Alerts are delivered using Telegram HTML parse mode, with retries enabled for improved delivery reliability.
