This n8n workflow analyzes 1–3★ Etsy reviews, identifies the most likely themes (shipping, sizing, quality, packaging, and more), and produces a prioritized “Fix Queue” so you know exactly what to fix first—without using the Etsy API.

What this workflow does

• Run manually and load configuration to choose your input mode (mock sample data, local reviews*.csv files, or a Google Sheet tab named Reviews) and your output destination (CSV files or Google Sheets).
• Collect and parse reviews from the selected source.
• Optional theme classification with Google Gemini: you may send up to 40 reviews to the Gemini API for classification. If the Gemini step is skipped or fails, the workflow automatically falls back to built-in keyword rules (Gemini usage is optional; keyword rules are the default).
• Tag and flag reviews using rule-based keyword tagging, including detection for empty or spammy reviews.
• Build theme counts only from low ratings (≤ your configured star threshold) and generate a ranked Fix Queue with suggested next actions.
• Write four outputs: By Review, Themes, Fix Queue, and Summary—as Google Sheets tabs or as CSV files.
