This n8n workflow turns an n8n form submission into a ready-to-send executive meeting brief. It crawls the company website with Firecrawl, pulls the last 90 days of company news with Tavily, and uses OpenAI to produce a structured brief—then delivers it to your chosen channels like Gmail, Slack, Twilio WhatsApp, Notion, PDFMonkey, and Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Collects meeting inputs from an n8n form (company website, meeting purpose, and preferred delivery channels).
• Crawls the company website with Firecrawl and polls crawl status until completion.
• Searches recent company news (last 90 days) with Tavily.
• Creates a structured brief with OpenAI using merged research context, including: summary, opportunities, risks, questions, and a full report (as structured JSON).
• Formats and prepares delivery content, including short Slack/WhatsApp summaries.
• Delivers to selected outputs:
  • Appends the brief to Google Sheets
  • Sends the HTML brief via Gmail
  • Renders and emails a branded PDF via PDFMonkey
  • Creates a Notion database entry
  • Posts notifications to Slack and Twilio WhatsApp
• Logs failures to a separate Google Sheets error log.
