This n8n Farm Box Share & Harvest Email Automation workflow turns member box change requests into fast confirmations: it classifies each request with GPT, drafts the message, logs it to Google Sheets, and emails the member. It also runs your weekly harvest newsletter every Thursday and sends Monday balance reminders to keep your farm inbox in sync.

What this workflow does

• Processes Box Change Request Form submissions (skip, pause, pickup swap, box size change, or other changes) submitted by CSA members.
• Normalizes and validates requests by mapping form fields, stamping received_at, and generating a request_id (example: REQ-20261005).
• Uses GPT (gpt-6-luna) to classify the request and draft a short member confirmation.
• Logs completed requests to the Requests tab in Google Sheets, while incomplete requests are routed to the farm inbox instead of being saved.
• Sends every Thursday at 07:00 a harvest newsletter to active members, based on the member roster and this week’s harvest list—with each send logged.
• Sends every Monday at 08:00 friendly balance reminders to members with an amount due, including a farm summary reported to the farm inbox.
