This n8n workflow captures feedback from a form, saves every response to Google Sheets exactly as submitted, automatically flags low ratings (≤ your threshold) for immediate action, and uses Google Gemini to generate weekly or monthly trend reports packed with real quotes—delivered by Gmail to your inbox.

What this workflow does

• Receives new feedback: When the n8n feedback form is submitted, the workflow normalizes the answers (including the submitted date and week) and appends a new row to your selected Google Sheet.
• Detects low ratings: It compares the submitted rating to your configured threshold. For ratings at or below 2 (or your configured threshold), it drafts a short suggested reply using Google Gemini.
• Sends an urgent email: A high-priority Gmail message is sent to the business owner with the customer’s contact details, the full feedback, the suggested reply, and a link to the Google Sheet.
• Generates trend reports daily: On a schedule, it decides whether to produce a weekly report (Mondays) or a monthly report (1st of the month).
• Optional on-demand reporting: An optional “Get Report Now” request generates a report for a user-selected period (last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, or all time).
• Analyzes feedback from Sheets: It reads the feedback rows, calculates response counts and rating stats for the chosen period, and compiles anonymized response text.
• Gemini-powered insights: Gemini extracts themes, pulls real customer quotes, and recommends three actions, then sends the report as an HTML email via Gmail.
