This n8n workflow automatically collects customer feedback from an n8n Form, uses Google Gemini to classify each message (Bug, Feature, Praise, or Other), then routes it to the right place in Google Sheets and Slack—and for bugs, sends an acknowledgement back to the reporter via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Receives feedback through an n8n Form (captures the sender’s email address and message).
• Classifies the feedback using the Google Gemini model into: Bug, Feature, Praise, or Other (with “other” as a fallback category).
• Bug reports: appends the submission to the Google Sheets “Bugs” tab, posts an alert to your Slack #bugs channel, generates a short acknowledgement using Gemini, and emails the reply to the reporter via Gmail.
• Feature requests: appends to the Google Sheets “Feature Ideas” tab.
• Praise: posts the message to your Slack #kudos channel.
• Other feedback: appends to the Google Sheets “Other” tab for later review.

Setup: connect Google Gemini (PaLM) API credentials, Google Sheets OAuth2, Slack OAuth2, and Gmail OAuth2; map your spreadsheet tabs; select your Slack channels; then publish your n8n Form URL for feedback submissions.
