Get weekend flight deals automatically in Telegram

This n8n workflow monitors weekend airfare using Google Flights via SerpAPI, saves alert state in n8n Data Tables, and sends ranked price digests to you in Telegram—with natural “create / list / cancel / status” control through text or voice.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on demand or schedule: it runs when a Telegram message (text or voice note) is received, or automatically every day at 08:00 (server timezone).
• Understands voice instructions: for Telegram voice messages, the workflow downloads the audio, transcribes it with OpenAI, and normalizes your request into a single structured format.
• Parses intent and route preferences: OpenAI extracts intent (create/list/cancel/status) and preferences (airports, budget, window, weekend pattern, cadence), then converts them into concrete search dates and airport lists.
• Creates and validates alerts: for new alerts, it fetches a sample Google Flights result via SerpAPI to validate the budget, generates an alert card, stores it in an n8n Data Table, and confirms in Telegram.
• Manages alerts from Telegram: list/cancel/status requests read alerts or run logs from Data Tables and reply in Telegram (including marking alerts as cancelled).
• Finds cheapest options per weekend: scheduled runs load active alerts, query Google Flights via SerpAPI for relevant weekend date pairs, aggregate the cheapest option per weekend, and format a ranked digest with booking links.
• Sends deal digests and logs results: when notification rules are met, it sends the digest to Telegram and records the run state back to Data Tables.
